Hey y'all! This is just a fun main dish that I love to serve or it can be made in smaller portions for a side dish. The colors are so fun and yummy and you can use Romaine Lettuce instead of iceberg but you should have some Iceberg leftover from your Lettuce Wraps that you can use up for this :) The condiments can be arranged in any order desired, that's just to give you the basic layout :) Hope you all enjoy!!
